We had a wonderful 5 days with Cousin Mick and Pat where we were shown the Bunbury region and enjoyed some great Dixon hospitality. A tour of Bunbury showed us the city area, the new Cathedral was fantastic with resplendent windows, and a sneaky trip to the industrial wharf was amazing. We discovered the Ferguson Valley including the Wellington Dam, Mandalay Winery, and just enjoyed the superb scenery. A great drive down to Busselton and further afield to Dunsborough (great pies!) and scenery, then towards Margaret River to give us a taste of where we will be in a few weeks time with Nick. Some great family reminiscing over beautiful home cooked meals, made for a lovely stay.
