We had a delightful three days in Melbourne surprising Anne on the Saturday morning before we drove down to Rye and the foreshore camp spot we had booked. Once in Rye we visited Cape Schanck, and then surprised Martin who was retiring from Parliament on the day. They were both stunned by our arrival which was great. Watched the election results at the Napean Liberal Party do, and it was an enthralling environment as the mood turned from opportunistic to pessimistic over an hour or two!
